The monthly withdrawal cap across all methods combined is €20,000. The global weekly cap is €10,000. VIP players at the Mature level and above receive priority processing, meaning their withdrawal requests are moved to the front of the queue. VIP tier benefits are described further in Section 11.
If you have wagered your deposited funds at least once prior to requesting a withdrawal, no withdrawal commission will apply. If you request a withdrawal without having wagered the deposit at least once, a commission fee may be applied to the withdrawal. Bonuses are intended for recreational wagering purposes.
